It depends, if you are using mobiTALK on a smartphone alone, then the smartphone will need connectivity for example cellular or WiFi connectivity for digital voice channels. However, if you connect a mobiRADIO to the smartphone then you can also use mobiTALK radio channels, even when you have no cellular or WiFi connectivity.
At present moiTALK is available on Android only.
We will set you up with a site administrator who can control, add and delete channels and allocate licenses to users. A Mobilus Labs SuperAdmin will help you with setup to make sure that you are ready to go friction free!
This can be managed through the Mobilus Labs administration dashboard. Mobilus Labs will set up your project admin who can then set up user permissions and chat groups as needed.
