MOBILUS Labs is reinventing the way we experience voice communication. We are a tech startup with the mission to provide frictionless voice communications for teams of any size, at any range, and from any environment. To do this we are developing a hardware / software platform leveraging state of the art technology in bone conduction, voice recognition, artificial intelligence, and multi-network connectivity. Think of the communication device used in your favourite Sci-Fi book or film.  Yeah, that is what we’re building! As a result, we also have the opportunity to build a diverse team and develop technologies for some of the most exciting applications for voice communication in extreme environments including: connected worker in industrial environments, cycling, SCUBA diving, and emergency response. Mobilus is located in central London with a network of international partners in the USA, Hong Kong, and France.

The Role

Mobilus Labs is undergoing a period of rapid growth and is building a sales and marketing team to take our solutions to the global market. This role is primarily sales focused however you will also be helping out with marketing such as social media / inbound content and organising for events etc. Primarily responsible for identifying prospects, out-bounding, qualifying their interest and booking demos. You will be using sales and CRM tools for research and managing your prospects through the sales pipeline.  This role will also give you the opportunity to explore new approaches in marketing and selling hardware and software solutions in a variety of exciting applications across the globe. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Identifying commercial prospects and qualifying sales leads.
  • Maintaining CRM and managing prospect pipeline.
  • Execution of commercial sales and providing feedback from client interactions.
  • Assisting in marketing activities including social media, articles, vlogs, events and newsletters.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a sales environment using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot or other similar sales / prospecting applications
  • Knowledge of sales and qualifying processes such as ‘SPIN’ selling or ‘MEDDIC’ 
  • A positive and helpful mindset with a strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Ability to work in a small dynamic team as well as independently
  • Confident building and presenting compelling sales presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

“Nice to have” Skills

  • A level of understanding of construction or industrial sectors (such as construction and manufacturing sectors) 
  • Previous B2B experience selling software/hardware platforms.
